No you should not start giving any sort of solids and water to your baby tell your baby turned six months old. When mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby than the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk so you can start giving formula milk. Formula milk contains all the nutritious baby needs you don’t give anything else.
