3 and half months baby. feeding every 4 hours. but in the night baby sleeping continuously 8 to 9 hours not able to feed. is that to concern

See your child has a sense of understanding of hunger in this year so in the daytime when the child is up if they take feet every 3 to 4 hours that means they haven’t understanding and if the child is sleeping through the night which indicates that the child is sufficiently full so it’s a good sign there is no problem
