Q.

3.10 y baby having fever(104 temperature) from yesterday morning. giving paracetamol 250 mg of 5ml every 5 hours. today morning fever is 102.4 with vamiting sensatiin

A. as fever is high with vomiting, good to consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. give ors water.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hydration
