मेरा बेबी 21 months ka hai, abi tak bola nahi h .. abhi sare bate samjha deta h,khelta h jab khub awaz nikalta h like kattta pppta etc.....but mma papa ni bola h... autisim ka koi symptom ni h ....plz help..!!

If your child is just having a delay in speech but understanding and responding everything that means there is no problem it is just the delay in the speech you can consult a speech therapist for that there is nothing related to autism as of now that is what I can feel because every way or child growth is going good
