2 din se nind nahi aaya mujhe... kosis v krte hai ki jabardasti (dopher)mai v soo jau but nind nhi aa rha. ab nind na aane ki wajah se bechani ho rha ..plz kuch suggest kgye 🙏

A. koi soft gaana sunn kar ankh bondh kar k rakho. dekho neend aye ki nahi.

A. mai avi pregnant nhi hu ... pregnancy k liye try he kr rhi hu . My age 28.. hypothyroid v hai avi 25mg tablet le rhi hu...last TSH 5.43 tha.... , 2 din se nind nahi aaya mujhe.. kosis v kr rhe jabrdasti sone ka , nhi so pa rhi hu ... ab bechani mehsus ho rha... plz help

A. Drink plenty of water during the day, but stop drinking a couple of hours before bedtime so you don't have to wake up to go to the bathroom.Ditch the screens and cellphones..Eat smaller meals more often and eat earlier.
