Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. not advisable to give unless the doctor advice the dose. v v Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
