2.5 yr old has 100.1 temp,is getting warmer...but active and ate well... should I give any meds

Yes you should give Calpol drops to your baby because babies temperature is more than 99°. And you can repeat the medicine in every six hours if baby doesn’t get relief. But always check the temperature before giving medicine. If baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours then consult with your paediatrician.
