4th month baby...body temp 100 ..which medicine should I give

A. Give continuous breastfeed and use paracetamol 125mg syrup

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a fever ranging 100 degrees so it’s not a high grade fever so give her frequent breast feeding and paracetamol 10 drops sos
