2.5 year old baby suddenly vomited 2 times and after 24 hrs gradually her voice became hoarse. Baby doesn't have any other systems. Does vomiting spoil the voice?

give oral rehydration solution ORS
coconut water butter milk lassi apple banana poha upma ..
keep baby well hydrated
