19 months baby vomiting aftr every meal

Hello mom could possibly be stomach infection and avoid force feeding the child , just possibly make sure he is well hydrated with liquids , water or lemon juice would be good .. avoid giving anything apart from liquids to him and observe any change but if still the vomit does not stop you can consult a doctor
