ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 19 months old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give lukewarm water and milk and give maxtra syrup 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

but always consult your pediatric before giving any medicine..
give steam inhalation
use nasal drops as Nasoclear saline drops..
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time..
