16months kid very weakness eating less what should I do?

A. Dear parent, give energy dense foods to your child like eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add ghee to every meal of your baby. Give small frequent meals 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Use full cream top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
