16 weeks pregnant. How do I know the well-being of my baby without ultrasound? I do not feel anything in the baby bump. I feel only heaviness and slight pain in lower abdomen.

A. Without an ultrasound you cannot track the progress of the child but there is a baby monitor available in terms of knowing the heartbeat so you can check heartbeat with that if you want apart from that there is no other way to know the well-being if you’re having stomach pain please visit your doctor
