15 months baby swallow a small toy telephone number key ( about 1cm). But he is active, after 20min only i notice and gave hot water and breast feed him . Is there any serious problem?

A. You need to consult your Paediatrician and keep observing the child for any sign of discomfort most of the time it comes out from potty but still need to be taken care
