ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay maximum upto the age of 18 months, babies can get their first milk teeth..so don't be tensed and wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething

But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric once. Give supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
