ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi sometimes kids show delay in getting their first milk teeth they may erupt anytime from 6 months till 18 months. so don't worry and wait for some more time. if till then also teeth do not erupt then consult Pediatric Dentist for evaluation.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hii..Babies generally start teething between 4 to 14 months. Few may teeth as early as 3 months while others may get his first tooth after 15 months. In either case it is normal. Teething is a natural process and you need not worry about it. Sooner or later your baby will get his first tooth.
