Medicines are available but we don’t recommend you to give medicines because in this age there are multiple reasons behind loss of appetite first his teeth coming second could be bored of the fourth third could be that your child is having low level of haemoglobin so kindly figure out the right reason and then you proceeded with a solution to the problem
