11 month old baby licked AA battery . He is asymptomatic and active..Should I do anything

A. If you see any kind of discomfort or the battery was rusted or anything that immediately check with your doctor but if the child is not showing any kind of symptoms or the child is not showing any kind of discomfort problem then you can wait
