Q.

10 months old today...no tooth eruption yet....is everything ok??

A. Hi yes it's totally normal.. kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day

A. Dats perfectly ok as every child is different in their way...sometimes the tooth eruption is very early as well so it's nothing to worry about

A. hi dear Usually, the first tooth emerges at around six months. However, some babies are born with a tooth, and some still have a completely gummy smile on their first birthday. If your baby still doesn't have any teeth at 10 months he is, almost certainly, just taking his time.
