Q.
10 month boy scratch his eyes after fallen sleep always and his eyes turns red...the red disappear after 2 days ....he scratches his eyes daily

normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as wellh as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

That’s definitely due to some meditation into the eyes maybe the redness is due to irritation dirt or some discomfort so clean the eyes very well properly with cold water before you put your child to sleep and maintain proper hygiene by cleaning it every 5 to 6 hours which is what is going to be helpful
