1 year old baby girl suffering from mouth sores, cannot breastfeed for the past two days. sore on lower lips after injury few days back, now the lower lip is swelling.. started with fever 2 days back and rash on buttock and legs which is already towards hands .. Fever is gone . Today I saw her tongue is white from her throat..it's not entirely white.. her under tongue has white pus. her lower lip has sores with two tiny pimple like which bleeds since she keeps touching.. her lower lip is swelling. Help please
