#asktheexpert My 5 months old baby girl is suffering from Hand foot and mouth disease. I am using lacto calamine lotion for body but she is also having mouth sores due to which she is not able to breastfeed. Can you please suggest any pain killer or gel for mouth sores?

I don’t think so it is going to be enough for us can you need to check with your doctor what other ointment or cream you can apply or if you can use coconut oil that’s going to be good because this is quite a severe infection that takes time to subside and it’s very irritating so you need to check with your doctor for all the correct things to be used
