Q.
1) why not to add salt or suger to below one year baby? 2) shall I give cow's milk for my baby? if yes means how much quantity can give?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. salt and sugar to be avoided for babies because it is not required solve it will provide sodium in a larger quantity which will overburden the little Kidneys and you should introduce animal milk after 1 year because it is heavy to digest and can disturb the immature your digestion
