Q.

Can use cow milk to make food for babies below 1 year?? if it is okay... Then tell me why cant give boiled cow milk to babies below 1 year??

A. yes, No Cow milk or any other animal's milk as a drink till 1 year as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. However a small amount can be used in dishes like porridges.

A. Cow's milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals, which can stress a newborn's immature kidneys and cause severe illness at times of heat stress, fever, or diarrhea. In addition, cow's milk lacks the proper amounts of iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients that infants need.
