Well it is actually debatable topic a lot of doctor say yes a lot a lot of doctors say no so my doctor said yes which is why I give salt and spices to never feel problem in feeding my child but a lot of parents face the similar kind of problem when they don’t give as kids don’t eat food only because you should give salt
