Q.

1:- what is a best time for her malish(massage)? 2:- for how long I should give her vitamin D sirup ?

A. baby massage is very important because it will help in strengthening the muscles of the body. you can go for any type of oil which is not causing allergy on the skin for massage. it can be carried out 3 or 4 times per day if required. you have to to prevent temperature variations when you uncloth and cloth the child. it can be done during any time of the day according to the comfort level of the child and the mother 11am to 12 pm is a good time good massage will help in decreasing the colic pain as well as will improve the digestion of the food and also will help in giving proper sleep to the child v if you are able to take the child in sunlight for at least 10 to 15 minutes then there is no need to give vitamin d supplement but if you are not taking them continue vitamin d supplement

Hi mommy Give in morning and night Massage can be soothing for babies Make sure the room is warm, your baby is quiet, well-rested and alert, and you’re relaxed Try massage after a nap, when your baby is being changed or in the cot, or after a bath You can do massage for 10-30 minutes Give vitamin d till one year or more
