Q.
1.my baby not drinking water properly. 2.from yesterday not passed motion .she feel frustrated and crying all time. before there is no constipation problem .two days back she have fever and took paracetamol drops....please help me

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. thank you so much but I didn't give formula milk till now .only breastfeed nd semi solid food... can paracetamol cause constipation?

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been startehd after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzymfe preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor anhkd cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Though it's possible your baby might have a fever and be constipated at the same time, constipation itself does not cause fever. If your baby is constipated and has a fever, be sure to call your doctor—it's possible there's an underlying health issue that's behind both.
