1) Firstly, always try to wash baby's bottom with warm water and then apply gentle baby wash to keep the area clean .
2) Then wipe the area gently with a soft towel and apply good brands baby lotion to keep the surrounding of the bottom well moisturized.
3) Lastly, always make the baby wear soft cotton bloomers and babygro to keep them well protected from any kind of dust,infections or flies as baby's are most sensitive.

Cleanliness is very important. I used momco wipes and baby rash cream after her bath. I gently wipe the area and apply rash cream to protect her from rashes. Every day is challenging to new mothers but with helpful products we find things so easy.
