Baby's skin is very delicate when small so i believe in the age old methods of using cotton nappies instead of diapers. Diapers are a mode just made easy for the busy life nowadays.
Always keep the baby dry , clean with like warm water and use good moisturizer in winters and opt for talc powder in summers.

baby's skin is very soft.. 0 to 3 months using soft cotton balls and dipping it in lukewarm water and cleaning with it is a good way... 4 to 6 months baby wipes and cotton pads both I used to clean my baby.. 6 months after i always use to wash my baby using baby wash and will follow the same.
always use rash cream after every wash. My baby never had any rash problem till date.
