when my kids was infant I used to clean the bum by moms co wash , in winters by wipes , as the kid don\'t get cold . but sometimes during teething when the baby gets loose motion , some rashes problem will be there , and moms co. anti rash cream is superb , first let the bum dry then apply it 3 to 4 times a day and all over night and rashes are gone. happy baby happy you.

when my daughter was 3 month she was under wait2.8 kg...so my dadi Nani told me to keep warm so i use notice her tim or potti n su su wen does i use wipe her wit warm water wit 2drops of Dettol in water n maker bum dry...put some Himalayas powder off almond khush grass..for smile n dry the mummy poko pants.

I use Himalaya baby wipes to clean. Then
allow it to air dry. Then with Himalaya baby powder spread on that area. Use Pampers premium care diapers anď change at every 3 to 4 hrß. I have diaper rash cream also. but due to cleanliness i rarely have to use that.

genuinly i wash off the baby genitals from warm water and using chiccu body wash...after dry using very clear mustard oil(sarso tel)...this will get rid and vry good for baby genital part ...

at the time bath I clean the genitals with soap and water and apply coconut oil in that area. if my baby is wearing cloth diaper than every time while changing the cloth diaper I clean that area with wet wipes. and if I make her wear diaper I apply oil after cleaning with wet wipes.
