I Clean my baby's bottom with wet wipes, wash them with water allow it to dry by gentle dabbing with soft cloth or towel then apply baby lotion.... This procedure takes a bit patience and time but is worth the effort as you can grow a happy baby. Note:Engage baby with some toy while cleaning so they wont get restless

1. Clean your baby's bottom with a no-rinse cleansing fluid, a cleansing lotion or thick diaper wipes. If you prefer, you can also use a cleansing gel or emollient soap, and rinse with water. * For babies who cry when lying down, it's fine to use the shower instead. However, do be careful that baby doesn't fall.

Baby's genital are very soft. So always use wet wipes to clean it, preferably water based wet wipes which are alcohol free. They are gentle on your baby's skin and prevent the skin from becoming dry. Next step is applying diaper rash cream as a preventive measures to protect your baby from rashes. You can use a moisturizing cream as well. Do patch test for the cream on your baby for any allergy before using it, since the baby skin is very sensitive. Last but not the least changing the diaper whenever you feel it's full. And always trust your instincts. coz Mother's know the best👍🏻
