hey hi, Yes i had it till 7 months...nd no ice-cream, chocolates...only homemade food nd ajwain water around 2-3L/day...
Hi! Can ajwain water be taken during summers too?

During pregnancy we gain weight, that was cool and good. but quickly after delivery someone will start dieting, to get back to their original shape,they try to fit their old kurtis. By seeing those things they feel stress.
If you are a breastfeeding mother, it is not good to diet, your baby may not get nutritients that they want.
Instead of that you take healthy food with rich nutrients. you will be getting pains.
If you are a person eating white or brown rice the ratio of rice and curry should be 1:2 then only you can control weight.
Not only eating habits to be changed, physical exercise should be done. Everyone think they are doing for children so it's enough, but its not.
They have to do walking or jogging, later exercises related to abdominal and pelvic areas.
Exercises should be done after 3 months of delivery, either you are a normal or C-section delivery person.

Hi, I am having hypothyroidism and have 2 years old kid. I am also following things like drinking luke warm water , eating no sugar, but not able to get good results in weight loss. Please if anyone can suggest me a good diet plan. Also, my swollen feet trouble me a lot . Please suggest.

get balanced diet , do exercise have a glass of warm water with honey and lemon at early in the morning

Start working out if not you will never lose weight . At least a walk for 1/2 to 1 hr will help

Hii
I drink lots of water as it is important in losing weight as well as good n essential in breast feeding. I have not kept any help for baby n kitchen. I do everything alone. I myself take care of my baby, bath her, wash clothes, dusting, cooking. Its helps me a lot in losing weight. It also keeps me engage so i cn fight with post pregnancy depression. But remember dont get too exhausted.

While I wonder about my body changes post delivery I also want to ensure good and clean feed for my baby.
Hence started consuming a LTR of Cumin Seeds water daily .

Ensuring weight management and good feed for my baby as well.

Also keeping active to go back to my usual exercise routine in upcoming meeting months post my baby is off mother's feed.
