2) Eating 1cup rice with 1cup curry like palak menthi we should eat more curry than rice
3) coming to dinner eating 1chapthi with palak curry and one fruit either apple or orange anything

I Had lots of Ajwain Hot Water as Ajwain helps to digest the food very easily and hot water helps to reduce the weight...i also go for an Evening walk with my LO as fresh Air is good for both of us...I have reduced upto 15 kg..
