I had a c section so I had to wait for 3 months before I could start any core strengthening exercises. The perfect weight loss regime should be eating right and avoiding excess sugar and salt. Also to strengthen your core muscle you can do planks two sets of 1 min each , squats 3 sets of 15 rep , glute bridge of 3 sets 1 min each . You can also practice cobra pose which can help in flattening of your tummy . You can mix all these exercises with half an hour of walk in the evening. If you want to take a notch up once you have build in the stamina you can start jogging as well( only once you feel fit to do so) kindly consult you doctor before going into any exercise or routine as every body is different. Also breastfeeding adds on to the weight loss process

first I lost 5 kgs during my pregnancy till six month i dnt gain weight. Wright after 6 month I started gaining weight and I gained around 18 kgs during my pregnancy. after birth I just lost 4kg since I was feeding I tend to eat a lot and also the tablet Lactor made me gain more weight less sleep more depression made gain more weight. I exclusively breastfeed my baby but I didn\'t lose any weight after 8 month I made a point to lose weight by healthy diet and regular exercise and that made me lose weight no artificial intakes were taken and I lost 20 kgs as of now. im mother of 10month baby girl. i havr hypothyroidism. in between thre range reached upto 7.85 amd i started taking thronorm 50mcg and now i checked it the range is 3 amd still taking 50mcg tab. is taking high doasage is making me more fat or what is the reasom behind .although im exersisng and jogging. but no use.
plz also suggest the best hypothyroidism best brand tab. i can take?
