i had c sec before 8 months.
After delivery my weight was 68 kg .
but now its come to my initial weight that is before delivery i.e.62 kg .
but i am worried abt my tummy .
its not same as before delivery i need to work on it.
but i cant go to gym as i am living with my husband .
no one is there to take care of my baby .
pls anyone can give the solution to reduce tummy without goung gym.

hi, i gained 20kilos during my pregnancy. and post pregnancy i did not get much time to heal. as I joined back office once my son was 6months old. he is 2yeard now and i habe not yet able to shed the extra 7kilos. the only thing that worked for me was cutting the dinner short and trying to get as much proper sleep. i am hoping to shed atleast 4kilos by end of this year with running .

when I weight myself two days before my delivery it was73.6....I am nt gym.going or doing exercise person...I jst maintain my diet..sugar .soft drinks tatally avoided...my doc. says it reduced naturally....if u breast feed ur baby..u know what my baby right now 11mth old..my current weight is 55
