Hi.. I'm mom 7 and 4 after delivery I gained much weight... now my weight is 74kgs,height is 5.1 inches still I can't get my previous position... due to this thing I'm suffering so many health issues like migrain, early sickness, etc.
can u please suggest a perfect diet chart and exercisesthat to reduce my weight and how much I want to reduce?

Hi,beautiful moms
I reduced my weight 13kgs,by work out.daily morning 1 hour,evening 1hour . my diet was having millets, oats, ragi ball, fruits, sprouts.after reducing13kgs, I am doing 1 hour work out every day.A lot of changesi reduced my tummy very well
