After my c-section..for loosing my weight ...I regularly drink lukewarm carom water...which not only loss my weight ..but also help in reducing gastric and constipation prblm too

hi i am mom of twin boys. 2 months 4 days old.before pemregnancy I was 68 and during the last month of due I was 99.8 kgs..my babies born healthy and was above 3.6 kgs when born. now loosing weight is a task for me. after my c section I had very limited diet which led me very low production milk.now my production is low .I hv started eating heavy diet to produce atleast 1.5 ltrs a day to balance formula and my milk equally to my babies.but my production is really low m having lactonic granules with milk 3 times a day.but 😑

Post delivery moms have a natural physiological weight gain..however there will also be a natural decline in that extra pounds gained. Nevertheless mom should take a little extra effort to bring her body back to shape. If she has never got into any exercise regime she should get a proper trainer and start with light exercises and yoga. In addition to it her baby will keep her on toes. These all things will together help in bringing back that shape. Most important diet should be taken care of well as she needs not only for her everyday wearing out but also important for her baby.

Hi I am trying to loose my weight but unable to do so . i was 65 lbs before pregnancy but i have gained about 30 kgs after delivery . till now . and my baby is is about 18 months old still unable to loose the weight
