Hi.. actually I had pulmonary edema during my pregnancy which lead to emergency delivery of my preterm daughter.. in 33 weeks only.. I almost gained 87 kgs .. right after delivery my nutritionist adviced me a 4 gm salt diet.. with no rice,roti, preservatives, no Salt, sugar, no dairy products.. etc .. I only used to have boiled corns, salad ( carrots & radish )+ 3 egg whites and protein shake for 4 months.. with walking 100 step after every 3-4 hrs... was 10 day's in ICU , on ventilation for 3 day's 4th day I resumed my senses.. and then right after my baby was touching her 4th month I started doing exercises like crunches, squats, reverse plank, and now she's of 9 months where my body is perfect back to shape wearing my old Jeans and t-shirt .. tucked inn simply happy satisfied... !! more happy for the fact that now I only eat a pinch of salt and my tea without sugar...!! habits and practice.. make us do every impossible things..!!
before pregnancy i was 55 kg and after delivery i have 84 kg ... my baby is one month old..i don't know how to reduce my weight..i feed my baby also so I cant do dieting and exercise

Make your movements with some music, turn on a video & start copying steps.
Leaving food is not the way to loose weight, you\'ll only get weak by it.
Have food properly.
Just dance to loose weight! 💃🤸
walaikum salam.. u can\'t do diet as you are feeding now after 6 month of c sec u can start doing some exercises like stretching.. u can get those videos from online and daily 30 mins walk is must .. u can even reduce weight by daily walk

m not doing any deiting or exercise .... to be frank m very lazy to do exercise but cant skip my mother role n housewife role ....... my weight is decreasing slowly slowly .... m just eating , sleeping timely ...4 hrs gap between breakfast n lunch n less eating in dinner
