Start your day with luke warm water. It will definitely help you to shed pounds. After 1 hour of each meal try to drink hot water.

hi, have one cup of warm lemon water in morning n after every meal. it will definitely help you out for weight loss.
instead of having oily n packed foods, have healthy fruits n vegetables.
