After my cesarian operation my tummy also looks fat..Bud I did yoga and pranayam to regain my fitness...
I breastfed my child, avoided junk foods and had homemade foods only. My weight gradually reduced from 83 KG to 72.5 KG in 8 months.

as my baby only on breast feed can\'t dieting right now so simply I go for walk to increase stamina first cz in nuclear family not easy to go gym for mother leave child with father so I do some exercise with my baby like I hold him in my arms n do crunches n squats slowly n I looses some inches with this activity

Losing pregnancy weight is just a nightmare for everyone. But ladies I have some few tips please start little walking from day 2 post your delivery just 15 mins slow walk would do and take rest once you complete 6 weeks start walking for more time twice a day at least until you reach 45mins at a stretch and start doing some exercises like leg raises for more exercises please consult a good physio. The sooner you become active the sooner you can reduce at the same time ample of rest and healthy diet is a must. Most importantly feed your baby nicely it adds a plus to your weightloss and also keeps your baby bubbly 😉

I am mother of a 4 month old..Now I do not concentrate much on dieting though I practice some yoga to keep ourself fit. I also dance for my daughter which entertains her and is a exercise for me. you can do this if you love dancing.

an easy way of reducing weight is taking an utmost care to baby ,I know everyone cares there baby but washing baby toilet and poop clothes gives happyness and cooking and feeding baby by ourselves gives happyness and servents will wash clothes for money but not with heart and what they think inside is arey what kind of baby always pooping and peeing,there inside feeling will be like this and diet means eat everything as baby needs all nutrients from milk and one thing don\'t eat too much.
