Hello Mommies,
My Son is 4 months old and i have gained 15 kg now i am 80kg ...it is my second c-section . I am going to start My weight loss journey as i did after First C-section. I had lost 10 kg through balance diet and walk after First C-section.

Hahaha. Guess you’re not alone. It’s quite common after c-section. You can try post pregnancy tummy belt

I reduced my weight by doing light yoga exercise, meditation and controlling my diet, and yes regular breast feeding.

take healthy food and less oily atleast one year after c-section,, and after 8 month of delivery do surya namskar, and intake adequate water.

my baby is 1 month old... my tummy still looks like 5 months pregnant. it was c section..can't do heavy exercises.. plz suggest to loss wait..

nothing to worry , it will reduce in 6-7 month. always be active and take healthy food avoid fast food.

After 3 months of postpartum we have to try to loose weight with the help of diet, exercise, meditation, yoga etc., During my pregnancy 88 kg I gained because of IUGR now my baby is 4 months old I am 80 kg it's so hard to loose weight I know

please share the methods u followed to reduce your weight after c- section
