Women can produce more breast milk when they eat more food of their love and taste. When partner togetherness in giving healthy food🍲🥗 and happiness😃 to women will be a way to fabulous breastfeeding journey making little one hale and healthy. This was the role of my partner in my breastfeeding journey.

my husband was always my backbone.... Burping the baby... singing lullabies to the baby.. putting baby back to sleep after the bfeeding .
Relaxing my back with comforters ..placing pillows underneath ...
i m blessed to have a smooth breastfeeding journey.

I delivered my baby during the first lockdown.the stress was huge.fearing the contraction of the virus, keeping the baby safe, lots of death happening around.the postpartum blue’s have hit me hard.BM production was less.baby was crying throughout.i couldnt understand what was wrong. And then he stepped in,helped me to relax and cop up.as days went by i felt better,BM production improved..baby cried less and was being healthy.Thats when i understood the importance of mental health post pregnancy.it not only effected me,but the baby too.
So my advice ladies!
Take it light, the journey looks tough..but this too shall move on with the tide.stay happy.hydrate yourself and eat healthy😊

My husband played the role of my Mom when she was not around.. 😍😍 . as u breastfeed ur little One from One breast.. the other starts leaking.. then he came up with an idea of #Philips Avent breast pump. it helped me to collect the dripping milk 😘😘 and when I was out with my baby my husband bought luvlap breast pads ..although being a full time night shift "Senior manager "he does everything the whole day without any expectations and complaints #Pradip Mohan 💞💞💞💞

well, mommies u are blessed to have such big support from ur partner..but let me be very honest.i hardly get any support as we live in a society where people still have this mental status that taking care of a baby is totally a mother's job.i had a normal delivery.but my mom in law simply said that the first milk is not good as it's a liquid which has been collected in breasts for so long..i had arguments with her.tries alot to make her understand that it's necessary for baby.but all in vein.my husband didn't said a single word to his mother.but i breastfeed my baby.also there are so many old times myths related to delivery and early care of baby..i have to fight everyday for my baby's well being.but i can not see my husband anywhere by my side..its very difficult being a mom that too when ur partner is not supportive.
Hugs to you Momma 🤗 Everything will be ok, your baby understands you more than anyone else
