All wil say tat if we eat more the quantity of breast milk wil increase but I think the truth is not tat. The more ur husband love's u and the more he take care u and keeping u happy automatically ur breast milk wil increase as well as there is no chance of post partum depression

best part of breast feeding is feeling happy but worst part is the burning nipples ,he helped me to take my time to cool it's burning during that time he took care of our baby and engage her time with him without disturbing my cooling time

Starting from latching our premie on to me to give rest to my back, to help switch breasts, he has been of immense help. Though the milk was coming out of me, he ensured our baby was able to feed properly. It was a true partnership.

Dads have a very vital role in breastfeeding journey.Dads can't physically breastfeed the baby but they have tons of things that they can do to support their nursing partner. Here are a few ways that partners can help mothers in their breastfeeding journey.
1.Let her Choose the Show: A lot of women take their nursing time as a mini break and want to watch a show while they are feeding their baby. Let her choose the show while she is feeding your baby.
2. Bring her snacks and water: For many women, breastfeeding can cause sugar crashes and make them very thirsty. When she sits down to nurse she often doesn't have time to get all of the things that she would need. Ask her what she needs and offer to grab her snacks for her to munch on while feeding her little baby.
3.Sit next to her and talk to her: When women nurse they sometimes leave the group to go to a more comfortable position. Maybe consider joining her so she isn't by herself. If you are having a family gathering and she has to leave the conversation to go sit on the couch, leave and keep her company.
4.Stand up for her: supports her mentally, physically and emotionally all the times.
5.Don't Speak Negatively about her Breast.
6.The best thing for partner is to remind her that she is doing great. Always encourage and even thank her for feeding our baby.
