do small exercise ,drink water regularly ,daily one egg, leafy vegetables ,have fruits balance dite
Can you start eating fruits as soon as you give birth rite from 1 st week? Becus I’ve heard my parents & in laws insisting not to eat fruits since it can cause cold to the baby. Since I’m breast feeding my baby.
