as my kid is of 5month old ..
till 3.5month ..milk production was good but after that I saw dheere dheere milk banna band hogya.. what should I do I want ki milk bane?? home remedies + tablet (if any).. please reply fast
Having few almonds early morning and drinking fenugreek water and remaining hydrated always helped me

Lots of seasonal fruit and vegetables, try to avoid juice for more fiber intake, also vitamin c rich food as amla or chavanprash for shortcut and the most important is pan which contains chuna as calcium and kathha as iron.The best option.
