- Controlling weight is the main challenge during pregnancy, as gaining excessive weight could create complications and losing too much weight is also a negative sign.
- There are certain foods that you should avoid during pregnancy. Do not eat raw meat, raw eggs and unpasteurized milk as it causes poisoning.
