However, if you are a vegan, consume yoghurt, eggs, cheese, milk, rice water, mushrooms and nutritional yeast. You can take B-12 supplements with the guidance of a good and experienced gynaecologist. In case of severe deficiency, your doctor may also prescribe injections.
