First Birthday Gift for My Baby, My Little Bundle of Joy
Time flies! How these 12 months have passed, we seriously don’t realize it. It feels like it was just a couple of months ago that our baby came into our lives. But now, it is his birthday month! On their child’s birthday, every parent want to give the best and most memorable gift to the child, a gift which will make him learn the value of presents, and a gift which will make him realize how lovable he is to us.
As my baby’s birthday is arriving, like every mother, I am very confused about the selection of gifts for him. I thought of everything – a toy, some gold ornaments, a battery operated ride, a tent house, and all other kinds of stuff.
But then, a wonderful idea came into my mind. A quilt! Yes, a quilt from his old clothes. I collected all his old clothes, and filled them with warm material. I gave the quilt a beautiful border with extra cloth, so that it can look even more attractive. We can keep this memory forever with us. Moreover, every time we will see that quilt, it will remind us of all the memories of his childhood journey.
Another gift I am planning for him is an album of all his photos from the very first day he was born. Through this, we can keep all the pictures safe as well. As in today’s busy life, we only create or save memories on mobiles or laptops. We forget to create those tiny, timeless albums, like our parents did.
These two gifts will help him learn the true value of gifts when he will be matured enough to understand. We try to do our best for our kids. As it is his first birthday, I will most definitely will try my best to make it more special. It gives me eternal happiness to plan anything for my little munchkin.
