Easy Day/Night Skincare Routine for Healthy Skin
Pregnancy is a beautiful experience and journey. Post-pregnancy is more beautiful, as your little one will be in your hands. Days get busier, and we end up not concentrating on ourselves. In this busy time, don’t forget to look after yourself, be it your diet, overall health, and skincare. Instead of splurging on skincare products, look for wonder products in your very own kitchen!
I am sharing an easy day and night skincare routine, which is suitable for all skin types and without much hassle. Remember, being regular with a homemade skincare routine has guaranteed results.
- Take about 1 tbsp of raw milk. Dip a cotton ball, and just wipe your skin gently with it. This helps to remove all the dirt and impurities, and brightens the skin.
- Take a cotton cloth, and dip it in slightly hot water. Pat your face and neck for about 5 minutes.
- Take your favourite filter coffee powder, and add about 2 tbsp. Add 1/4 tsp of sugar to it (optional) and 1/4 tsp of honey. Mix well. Gently scrub this mixture on your face (except the eye area) for about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep on for a while, and wash off.
- Wash your face first with your face wash. If you have oily skin, you can use plain gram flour to wash your face. Apply about two drops of Vitamin E oil with your little finger under and around the eyes until absorbed. Apply a lightweight moisturiser, and go to bed.
