My mother is having high BP, high cholesterol, diabetes, and thyroid. She was 86 kg in 2019 and within a year she lost 30 kg, which is a very huge goal for a 52-year-old woman who doesn’t exercise. So let’s get started.

Tip 1: Start using fresh coriander and mint leaves

As a mid-morning snack, take a few fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves. Now blend them with water. At around 10:30 am consume this juice. It will detoxify and clean your body as well as reduce belly fat.

Tip 2: Consume green tea

Green tea is much talked nowadays and it’s actually effective. Simply consume green tea with lemon at around 4 pm for best results.

Tip 3: Use flaxseeds

Flaxseed is really a powerhouse. It simply melts body fat and reduces breast size and waist size. Just roast some flaxseeds and consume along with green tea. It’s proven effective.

Tip 4: Have soups

Drinking soup at night helps a lot in weight loss. Just take one tomato and a slice of pumpkin and boil them. Now blend it and after blending, boil this mixture once again. Consume fresh soup every day, and it will help in weight loss.

Tip 5: Consume psyllium husk

Consuming husk before lunch and before sleeping helps a lot in weight loss. Just mix a spoon of husk with water and consume it. It’s cheap and the best method.
